Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026. These terms describe the basic rules for using ViralDub subscriptions, credits, the free plan and AI video generation workflows.
Use of the service
ViralDub provides AI-generated demo, walkthrough, and voiceover videos. You are responsible for the sites and credentials you submit, the footage you upload, the briefs you provide, and the way you publish or distribute generated outputs.
Authorized targets only
Only request walkthroughs of websites and applications that you own, operate, or are authorized to demonstrate. Do not submit third-party sites for scraping, account abuse, or any purpose other than producing a legitimate demonstration video.
Accounts and subscriptions
You must use accurate account and billing information. Plan limits, credits, prices, and model defaults may change over time; existing subscribers keep their price for as long as their subscription stays active. Monthly credits reset at each renewal; extra credits bought as packs do not expire while the account exists. New subscriptions are sold by Polar as merchant of record.
Free plan
The free plan is for evaluating ViralDub on your own website or product. Free videos carry a ViralDub badge and a non-commercial licence: you may share them internally and post them organically on your own channels with the badge intact, but not use them in paid advertising, client deliverables or resale, and not remove or crop the badge (upgrading unlocks a clean copy). Free videos expire if not used within the stated period. One free allowance per person, device and network; creating multiple accounts to obtain more free videos, or using disposable email addresses, may lead to suspension. Free capacity is limited and may be paused when demand exceeds the daily budget.
Content rights
You should only submit sites, videos, scripts, music, or other materials that you own, control, or have permission to process. ViralDub does not grant rights to third-party content contained in generated videos.
Acceptable use
Do not use ViralDub for illegal content, impersonation, harassment, deceptive media, spam, malware, intellectual property abuse, or attempts to bypass platform or provider rules.
AI output
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, timing issues, or creative choices that need human review. Review every video before publishing or delivering it to clients. Motion videos are generated as code from your brief and brand kit; do not request third-party logos, trademarks or endorsements you are not entitled to use. ViralDub is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by its AI providers.
Service availability
ViralDub depends on hosting, payment, AI model, voice, music, and video processing providers. Temporary interruptions, model changes, or provider limits may affect availability or output behavior.
