Refund Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026. ViralDub sells subscription access to AI video generation credits, credit packs and related workflow tools.
Monthly subscriptions
First-time monthly subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if no more than 10 video-minute credits have been used. After that, the subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period and future renewals can be cancelled any time from your billing portal (Polar) or PayPal.
Failed jobs
Credits reserved for a job that fails are returned to your balance automatically. If a completed video is materially defective (broken footage, missing narration), report it within 72 hours and we will regenerate it or return the credits.
Agency onboarding promise
If the first three concierge onboarding videos are not usable for the agreed workflow, ViralDub will either help fix them or refund the first month. This promise does not cover changed creative direction, unsupported source material, or requests outside the purchased plan.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days if no more than 20 video-minute credits have been used. After that window, annual plans are not normally refunded, but cancellation prevents renewal at the next term.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not normally issued for heavy credit usage, completed custom work, abuse, policy violations, expired renewal periods, or issues caused by unsupported sites, blocked logins outside our control, or third-party platform changes.
How to request a refund
Email support@viraldub.com with the account email, the order or subscription ID from your receipt, the purchase date and a short explanation. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Credit packs are refundable within 14 days if unused.
